About The ORWC
The Old Red Wall Club was founded in 2009 by fifteen close friends, all of whom left Brentwood School in 2006. Faced with the prospect of commencing careers and continuing university study further afield than Brentwood, the club was to provide a framework to remain close and to build on the members’ ambitions to help the community at large by raising money for charity.
During the inaugural Annual General Meeting of the Club in late 2009 the members voted on a charity to support for the following two years, and to date the Club has raised in excess of £50,000 for its chosen charities. The charity chosen for 2023 is Children with Cancer UK.
The current members of the Old Red Wall Club are as follows:
Toby Sheehan (President), Daniel Hodgetts (Chairman), Andrew Burgess (Secretary), Alexander O’Connell (Treasurer), Joshua Rylah (Charity Secretary) , Jonathan Penrose, Peter Cullen, Paul Anderson, Oliver Cummings, Thomas Judd, Daniel Farrant, William Rofe, Christopher Quirk, James Doyle, Christopher Prowting, Lewis Botham and Freddie Moore.
